Track, support, and reward “Citizen Stars” — individuals and organizations who have made contributions to the betterment of Human (and perhaps all sentient) Civilization.
Formed by the Transhumanitarian.
This may include notable rogues and outlaws, not intended to be too “goody good”/”(L)awful good”
Meant to be at least in part “in character”. There will be a foundation that attempts to promote good and notably acts, in the Empire and beyond.
Will take donations and award prizes and perhaps even grants to support project proposals.
Open for leadership and support roles.
